- more than 8 weeks: full refund
- 4-8 weeks: 50% refund
- less than 4 weeks: no refund

We understand that our retreats are a big investment of your time and money. We know the value of our retreats and want you to understand what to expect.

How can I book a retreat?
Complimentary transportation is offered for all retreat activities as well as to and from ITO airport. We are located in Hilo, Hawaii. ITO is our closest airport. (We do not provide transportation to and from KOA airport. If flying in and out of KOA, please note: it is a 2 hour drive from our location. Uber and rental cars are available from KOA.) Please reach out to us with questions about flight bookings - we will be happy to help sort our the best way to get here!
How do I get there?
Signature retreats currently start at $5,500 per person. Price includes accommodations, transportation during the retreat, meals and activities. Flights to and from Hawaii are NOT included. (Prices vary for custom/collaborative retreats - please enquire for pricing.)
Note: room selection, may add an additional $500 to $1,000 to the price. When booking, we require a $1,000 non-refundable deposit.
Please note, that we do offer significantly discounted rates: early bird registration, signing up with a friend and kama'aina rates! Contact us for promo codes!
HOw much Does it cost?
Yes - we do offer a few slots for partners! Pricing for the additional person depends on workshop participation and ranges from $1,500 to $3,500. Please let us know if you would like to bring someone along when you book your retreat and we can discuss the details!
Bookings for a private, custom retreat, when you have a party of 5 can be accommodated and arranged - please, let us know!
Can I Bring a Spouse/ friend?
These retreats are for any and all physicians who need a reset! Whether you are dealing with a major transition - career change, divorce, empty nest syndrome, caring for a newborn or elderly parent or just feeling overwhelmed - joining our retreats will inspire you to shift from your current situation and move towards a better one.
