Our refund policy is as follows:
- more than 8 weeks: full refund
- 4-8 weeks: 50% refund
- less than 4 weeks: no refund

How can I book a retreat?
We offer complimentary transportation for all activities during the retreat as well as to and from ITO airport. We are located in Hilo, Hawaii. ITO is our closest airport. (KOA airport is also on our island, but it is a 2 hour drive from our location and we are unable to offer transportation from KOA.) Please reach out to us with questions about flight bookings - we will be happy to help sort our the best way to get here!
How do I get there?
Our signature retreats currently start at $6,500 per person and include accommodations, transportation during the retreat, meals and activities. Flights to and from Hawaii are NOT included. (Prices vary for custom/collaborative retreats - please enquire for pricing.)
Depending on room selection, add an additional $500 to $1000 to the price.
Please note, that we do offer significantly discounted rates for early bird registration and also when you sign up with a friend! Contact us for promo codes! (Note: We require a non-refundable deposit of $1000.)
HOw much Does it cost?
Yes - we do offer a few slots for partners! Pricing for the additional person depends on workshop participation and ranges from $1,500 to $3,500. Please let us know if you would like to bring someone along when you book your retreat and we can discuss the details!
If you have 4 other friends and would like to book a private, custom retreat, let us know! We can definitely arrange for that as well!
Can I Bring a Spouse/ friend?
These retreats are for physicians who need a reset of their life! Whether it's a major transition - career change, a divorce, empty nest syndrome or just feeling like life is overwhelming and shouldn't be - joining our retreats will inspire you to embark on a new path and live in alignment with what makes you happy!
