No - coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. Though coaching can bring up sensitive issues, we won't be processing trauma or diagnosing mental health conditions. If during our work together I feel you would benefit from therapy, I will say so openly and have resources to refer you to find any extra support that you need.
Everything shared in coaching is completely confidential. The Mauli Way is an independent organization, not affiliated with any hospital credentialing or HR function. The only circumstances where we cannot promise confidentiality are in case of harm to self or others.
Many clients are able to apply HSA/FSA funds to coaching. I recommend checking with your plan administrator, as policies vary.
Well-being coaching is beneficial even for people who are not "burned out", but those that are at that point find that coaching is extremely effective at getting them to a better space. Not sure where you lie on the spectrum of well-ness or what coaching can do for you? Schedule a discovery call — there's no commitment involved, and we can talk through what you're experiencing together.
All sessions are virtual, and I offer early morning, evening, and weekend slots. Sessions are spaced roughly every 1–2 weeks, so the total program spans about 3–4 months. Most physicians find that the time invested returns far more in clarity, energy, and focus.
